Carptrac, the Caterpillar Distributor in the Fiji Market has an excellent opportunity available for suitably qualified and experienced person for the role of Parts Costing Officer to be part of our Caterpillar team in Suva.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry and costing of parts for branches.
- Conduct accurate vertification of documents on Parts incoming shipments received from warehouse team.
- Ensure all Parts costing are accurate in the system.
- Ensure selling price is correct with proper markup.
- Reviewing kit prices on weekly basis.
- Ensure cost sheets are sent to payments department for payment process.
- Proper filing and record keeping for imports and exports.
- Monitoring for chargers, such as freight and cartage for all special projects.
- Be part of stocktake
- RTS & promotion and advertising.
- Part file creations are done on timely manner.
Requirements:
- Form 7 pass or having Certificate in Accounting & Finance.
- 1-3 years of work experience in similar field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Inventory management software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Having Valid Driving License will be an added advantage
