 About the Role

The Projects Admin Controller will be responsible for:

  • Project Management: Implementing the National Project Framework, assisting the National Project Manager, liaising with clients and vendors, coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring project schedules and deliverables, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Communication and Documentation: Developing and maintaining effective communication channels with clients and team members, facilitating meetings, preparing and distributing meeting minutes, gathering quotes, raising POs, and facilitating documentation.
  • Change Management: Facilitating change requests and ensuring all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables, managing customer satisfaction during the transition period, and conducting post-project evaluations.
  • The role requires to reporting to office operating on Fiji time. Work from home option is not available.
  • Role is available to residents of Nadi and surrounding areas.

 About you

  • Collects information from various sources and applies knowledge of the organization to tailor approaches to different issues.
  • Understands the organization’s strategic direction, business goals, and the impact of external factors on the organization.
  • Drives projects to completion, monitors work progress, manages priorities, and delivers quality outcomes.
  • Supports the use of new technology, develops relevant skills, and demonstrates in-depth knowledge of relevant applications.
  • Applies project management methodologies, contributes to project planning, and is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understands basic financial terminology.
  • Presents information clearly, concisely, and articulately, tailoring messages to the audience.
