ACCOUNTS PAYABLES OFFICER
Responsibilities Include:
- Processing of AP invoices
- Bank and Supplier Reconciliation
- Overseeing and maintaining Creditors Ledger
- Attend to Accounts queries/ discrepancies and ensure these are actioned in a timely manner
- Preparation of monthly VAT returns
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Any other work as and when required by the Accountant.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting
- Must be proficient in MS EXCEL and MS WORD.
- Working knowledge of MYOB
- Able to work under minimum supervision and meet deadlines
