South Sea Cruises Group, Fiji’s most experienced and award-winning cruise operator offering a range of award-winning products throughout the stunning Mamanuca & Yasawa Islands are currently seeking the services of a Hospitality Supervisor – South Sea Island.

We are seeking a dynamic Hospitality Supervisor to oversee smooth daily operations while also managing key administrative tasks. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and handling administrative duties such as point-of-sale (POS) system oversight, guest check-ins, and inventory checks.

• This Hospitality Supervisor – South Sea Island role is an exciting role that assists the Island Manager and Assistant Manager in:
• Delivering a professional, quality, safe and entertaining day for our day trippers as well as our house guests.
• Ensuring quality food and beverage services for day trippers and house guests.
• Excellent housekeeping of the beach, accommodation and public areas.
• Friendly and efficient front desk, watersports and bar operations.
• Ensuring upkeep and maintenance of vessels, water sports equipment and other plants (power, water and sanitation) crucial for the island operations.
• Assisting the Island Management as needed.

In addition to being dynamic, forward thinking, customer focused and having an eye for detail, the successful candidate needs to have:

• Experience in leading or supervising a small team or department.
• Demonstrate a high level of customer care and/or customers services.
• Excellent communication and administration skills.

This is a live in position based on the island with the successful candidate reporting directly to the South Sea Island Manager and working closely with all island staff and shore base operations team.
