1. Senior Travel Consultant (Corporate)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate business travel arrangements for corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts.
• Provide tailored travel solutions to meet client needs.
• Handle ticketing, reservations, and itinerary planning.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends and corporate travel policies.
• Resolve travel-related issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in the travel industry.
• Strong background in handling corporate clients.
• Proficiency in Amadeus or similar travel systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Highly motivated and flexible to adapt to client needs.

2. Visa Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in visa requirements and application processes.
• Compile and verify visa documentation for clients.
• Ensure compliance with visa regulations and deadlines.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the travel industry or visa services.
• Strong knowledge of visa processes and documentation requirements.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and work efficiently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

3. Travel Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in planning and booking their flights.
• Provide expert advice on travel destinations, packages, and itineraries.
• Handle ticketing, reservations, and amendments using Amadeus.
• Ensure all travel bookings comply with client preferences and budgets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer service.
• Resolve travel-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends, airline policies, and promotions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in the travel industry.
