We have immediate vacancy for the following position:

ACCOUNTS PAYABLES OFFICER

Responsibilities Include:

• Processing of AP invoices
• Bank and Supplier Reconciliation
• Overseeing and maintaining Creditors Ledger
• Attend to Accounts queries/ discrepancies and ensure these are actioned in a timely manner
• Preparation of monthly VAT returns
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Any other work as and when required by the Accountant.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role
• Degree or Diploma in Accounting
• Must be proficient in MS EXCEL and MS WORD.
• Working knowledge of MYOB
• Able to work under minimum supervision and meet deadlines
