We are seeking a skilled and innovative Electrical & Electronics Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving electrical and electronic systems across our production lines. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and safety of our manufacturing equipment and processes.

About The Role:

1. System Design & Implementation:
   ✓ Design and develop electrical systems and electronic components for manufacturing equipment.
   ✓ Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and machinery.
2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
   ✓ Conduct regular maintenance of electrical systems, including PLCs, sensors, motors, and control panels.
   ✓ Diagnose and resolve electrical and electronic issues to minimize downtime.
3. Automation & Process Optimization:
   ✓ Develop and implement automation solutions to improve production efficiency.
   ✓ Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, and other industrial control systems.
4. Compliance & Safety:
   ✓ Ensure all electrical systems comply with local and international standards and safety regulations.
   ✓ Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate electrical hazards.
5. Project Management:
   ✓ Manage electrical and electronics projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
   ✓ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects on time and within budget.
6. Documentation & Reporting:
   ✓ Prepare technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, schematics, and user manuals.
   ✓ Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and system upgrades.

Skills and Qualifications:

➢ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
➢ 3-5 years of experience in electrical and electronics engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
➢ Proficiency in using CAD software for electrical design (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN).
➢ Hands-on experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial automation.
➢ Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
➢ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
➢ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects.
