Carpenters Finance, a division of Carpenters Fiji Limited has exciting opening for a dynamic and suitably experienced individual to join Carpenters Finance in the following role to be based in Lautoka.

TELEMARKETING OFFICER

Responsibilities:

·        Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to the company’s financial products and services, including personal loans, car loans, and other financing options.

·        Identify and generate leads through direct communication with prospects, gathering relevant information, and providing product information.

·        Understand the specific needs of clients, recommend appropriate financial solutions, and guide them through the available options.

·        Ensure regular follow-ups with leads and prospects to nurture relationships, resolve inquiries, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

·        Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into actual sales and loan applications.

·        Assist customers with inquiries regarding loan eligibility, application status, and financial solutions available.

·        Provide regular updates to the management team on lead generation, conversion rates, and sales progress.

Requirements:

·        A diploma or degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field can be an added advantage.

·        Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is highly preferred.

·        Ability to speak clearly and confidently with customers, actively listen to their needs, and present information in an engaging manner.

·        Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word), and other relevant tools.

·        Ability to address customer concerns or queries quickly and professionally
