Branch Manager- Suva
Position Summary
A Branch Manager will oversee the Retail operations of company. You will be responsible for leading the team and managing day to day activities with driving the business growth within the assigned territory. You will be required in strategic thinking, leadership abilities and in-depth knowledge to ensure that the operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and achieving of financial targets are matched.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead motivate and manage the branch and team members to achieve in collective goals.
· Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
· Provide guidance, coaching and support to the team members for their professional development.
· Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
· Identify opportunities for new business and expansion of existing customer relationships.
· Collaborate with marketing and products teams to enhance products/service offerings.
· Build and maintain string relationships with existing and protentional customers.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing quires and concerns promptly.
· Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on customer needs.
· Display items with correct price tag and keep shelves filled with stocks.
· Vehicle Checklist and Warranties with quarantine warehouse shall be recorded and well managed.
· Petty Cash and Floats deviations at any given point of time should be managed and balanced.
· Monthly Sales Target with daily sale banking money deposits must be on time and discrepancies.
· Stock management and credit noted shall be managed as well.
· Accounting Adjustments needs to be cleared.
· All orders, Collision and invoices should be verified correctly and properly.
· Non delivery records with unclassified assets verification should be done accordingly.
· Reviewing and sorting of assets scanned in wrong sequence
· Reviewing of not scanned assets as delivered.
· Cylinder scanning of DNS and RNS.
· TA Process picking, load truck, delivery and unloading of duties should be commenced and monitored.
· Truck load recognition for all trips.
· Cash and COD sales reconciliations should be matched off daily.
· Incoming payment such as reports to be updated daily.
· Stock take planned variances and verification of close inventory transfer requests should be monitored.
· Open sales orders and back-order verification report needs to be also monitored.
· All manual dockets processed in SAP/Track About software needs to be monitored, especially liquid deliveries.
· Sample account needs to be cleared with ensuring that no good are in transit with urgent transactions.
· Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPI’s) to assess branch performance.
· Regularly review performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed.
· Encouraging the team of employees with fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
· Identifying training needs which will lead to effective contributions towards upskilling the knowledge of the team members.
· Able to communicate well to the stakeholders and give selective new ideas for demonstration.
· Oversee the customer support team and ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues are handle in a timely manner.
· Any other duties or tasks assigned by the team and management
The ideal candidates must possess the following attributes –
· Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
· Strong attention to details and accuracy in handling inventory and others.
· Minimum 1-2 years Managerial work experience
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
· Must have a clean police clearance record.
· Must have clean Group 2 Driving License.
Remuneration
This position will be on full time basis; an attractive package will be discussed with the successful candidate.
Bonus will be paid on achievement of company targets.
