TECHNICAL SALES LEADER – Universal Electronics

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing Technical advice and Installation services for solar , cctv and alarms 
• Driving sales to achieve and exceed budget 
• Emphasizing merchandising and sales techniques to grow sales within the store.
• Leading by example through all store procedures to manage the store effectively.
• Providing technical training to and supporting the development of your team members.
• Identifying and managing areas of underperformance in the store and working with your team and Area Manager to improve their skills.

Experience Required

• Previous retail and technical management experience.
• A passion for technology to enhance the customer experience. IT, Solar, CCTV knowledge a must. 
• Confident communication skills to support customers and team members appropriately.
• Excellent time management skills and experience in dealing with multiple priorities.
• A drive to succeed and grow within the business.

Qualifications 

• Must have tertiary qualifications in Electronics and IT 
• Driver’s License
