Alpha Fiji Tours & Transfers is a leading tourism operator in Fiji, offering exceptional travel experiences to our international clients. We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Multilingual Tour Guide & Social Media Marketing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and personalized tours for clients in French, Hindi, Punjabi, and English.
• Manage and create engaging content for our social media platforms and company website.
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Assist in the development of tourism packages to meet international market demands.
• Train and mentor local staff on online marketing and social media strategies.

Key Requirements:

• Fluency in French, Hindi, Punjabi, and English (written and spoken).
• Strong social media marketing skills with experience in content creation and digital marketing.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience in tourism or hospitality is an advantage.
• A passion for Fijian culture and tourism development.
