Requirements
- Proven experience as a hotline cook preferably in a luxury resort or fine dining setting.
- Expertise in a variety of cooking techniques, with strong attention to detail.
- Passion for delivering exceptional food and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
- Culinary certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Must be able to work a 24 on 5 off island roster.
