Qualifications:

• High school certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Management, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, or Economics

Experience Requirement:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail operations
• Understanding of supply chain operations and warehouse management principles
• Familiarity with retail environments and inventory control systems is an advantage

Desirable:

• Supervisory experience is a plus
• Familiarity with forklift operations

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor ensures smooth warehouse operations, organizes inventory, and manages staff while ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, including receivers, pickers, and forklift operators
• Foster teamwork and maintain communication with staff
• Manage warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
• Coordinate inventory control for physical counts and reporting
• Maintain warehouse organization for easy access and efficiency
• Label products for stock identification and track turnover rates
• Flag and report damaged goods and manage inventory replenishment
• Ensure warehouse safety and operational compliance
• Conduct regular safety checks
• Prepare reports on warehouse activity and address operational challenges
• Recommend process improvements

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, Navision, Sage, LS Central, or similar)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Time management and scheduling abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
