As an Executive Sous Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to- day operations of the kitchen, along with ensuring the delivery of exquisite and innovative cuisine to our guests.

Join NowProven track record as an Executive Sous Chef
Demonstrated performance in a hotel or resort environment, preferably in a complex property with multiple restaurants, bars, and events department.
Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive, efficient, and collaborative environment.
Excellent attention to detail
Demonstrated performance leading a successful team.
A working knowledge and understanding of HACCP procedures.
