Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement OHS policies and procedures per HASAWA 1996.
- Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, accident investigations, and provide solution recommendations.
- Maintain a risk register and accident records.
- Conduct training and awareness sessions on health and safety issues.
- Prepare and present reports identifying trends.
- Recommend and implement safety standard improvements.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
- Conduct safety inspections, investigations, and HSE audits across designated regions.
- Monitor audits on workers’ compensation claims and report findings.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in OHS or completion of OHS module I to IV.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Proven experience in implementing OHS systems.
- Basic computer knowledge.
