The Role
Pepper Advantage Hub Fiji is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Coordinator to support our fast-paced finance team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in administrative management, market research, and presenting complex data in a clear and visually compelling way. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless administrative operations, conducting in-depth market research, and creating well-structured reports and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- File & Document Management – Organise and maintain financial and business documents, ensuring accessibility and compliance with company standards.
- Data Analysis & Visualisation – Utilise Microsoft Excel to analyse financial and market data, create graphs, charts, and pivot tables to identify trends and insights.
- Market Research – Conduct research on clients and market trends to support business strategies and financial planning.
- Report & Deck Creation – Compile research findings into professional presentations (PowerPoint) and detailed reports (Excel/Word).
- Data Presentation – Develop visually engaging charts and graphs to simplify complex data for better understanding.
- System & Database Management – Maintain and update key documents, reports, and databases.
Skills and experience required:
- Candidate needs to be flexible in terms of working hours (Ideally from 8 pm to 4.30 am FJT)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with strong data analysis and presentation skills.
- Experience in creating and interpreting financial reports, market research, and data-driven presentations.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with a creative mindset for presenting data and reports effectively.
- Prior experience in an administrative or operations role is preferred.
