Key Responsibilities:
- Cut, trim, and prepare meat according to customer requirements.
- Clean and sanitize work area, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain freshness.
- Weigh, package, and label meat products.
- Dispose of waste following health and safety guidelines.
- Report wastage for stock reconciliation.
- Assist in training new staff.
Key Skills:
- Familiarity with different meat types, cuts, and preparation methods.
- Proficiency in using knives and other butchery tools safely.
