Key Responsibilities:
- Recipe & Menu Development:
- Create efficient and innovative recipes.
- Prepare deli items (rotisserie chicken, sushi, sandwiches).
- Introduce new dishes while maintaining classic favorites.
- Ability to cook a wide range of global cuisines.
- Maintain Kitchen Hygiene:
- Ensure cleanliness of workspace, tools, and equipment.
- Cost & Inventory Management:
- Manage product costings and supplier orders.
- Reduce waste through efficient planning and inventory control.
- Lead Kitchen Staff & Daily Operations:
- Oversee smooth kitchen workflow and team efficiency.
