Carpenters Fiji (PTE) Limited, one of the largest private sector organizations in Fiji, is pleased to announce the launch of its “Graduate Trainee Programme” – an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to kick-start their careers.

This 12-month program is designed to provide valuable hands-on experience across various functions through comprehensive training, allowing you to be involved in innovative projects.

To be successful, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Be a recent Graduate from a recognized University;
• Have a good communication skills, verbal and written;
• Have the ability to multitask and be a team player;
• Have a good interpersonal skills;
• Possess exceptional Microsoft Office skills;
• Be confident and have a robust sense of assurance towards achieving results; and
• Have a GPA of 3 or above in the following disciplines:

–    Finance

–    Management

–    Human Resources

–    Law

–    Information Technology

–    Marketing

–    Business Administration

–    Customer Service
