- Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury hotel/resort kitchen.
- Ability to lead the kitchen and take full responsibility in the absence of the Executive Chef.
- Strong creativity, cooking skills, and hygiene focus.
- Ability to train, inspire, and manage a professional kitchen team.
- Menu planning, cost control, and computer literacy (MS Office).
- High hygiene standards and exposure to OHS regulations.
