BROILER FARM MANAGER – Ram Sami & Sons (Fiji) Pte Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day farm operations following standard procedures and poultry guidelines
• Ensure sheds are prepared on time with the required rest period
• Follow placement and harvesting plans
• Inspect the quality of day-olds and take appropriate actions when required
• Achieve required body weight and maintain mortality percentage within target
• Manage general medication and farm performance
• Oversee farm inventory, including broilers housed
• Maintain shed performance and batch file recording
• Ensure full compliance with biosecurity procedures
• Supervise and control farm employees
• Conduct training and employee development
• Comply with all OHS requirements
• Address nonconformities identified in internal audits

Key Competency Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Agriculture or Animal Husbandry
• At least one year of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
• Willingness to stay in company-provided shared accommodation
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and perform extra tasks as needed
