Job Description

The Plant Engineer will oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of beverage production facilities, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to plant machinery and processes.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Lead and train the maintenance team, promoting continuous improvement.

• Maintain accurate records of equipment performance and maintenance activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• 5+ years of experience in the beverage or food industry.
