ARCHITECTS VACANCIES

Suitably qualified personnel are required to fill the following positions in our organization.

ARCHITECT:

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Registered Architect with a recognized institute OR eligibility for registration as an Architect in the country where the qualification was obtained.
• Minimum 3 years experience.
• Proficient with Revit / AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray, Photoshop.
• Exceptional skills in concept design and presentation documentation.
• Ability to train technical staff.
• Responsible work ethic and ability to head a team.

INTERMEDIATE / SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIAN:

This position reports to the director and is accountable for:

• Providing drafting and technical assistance.

The person is expected to have the following qualifications and qualities:

• A tertiary qualification; a Diploma in Architectural Studies from FIT/FNU or an equivalent qualification. People without qualifications but with suitable work experience will also be considered.
• Proficient with AutoCAD.
• People who apply based on suitable experience should have at least 4 years of work experience in a similar position, while people with qualifications should have a minimum of 2 years of work experience.
• Candidate should be able to work as part of a team.
• Valid Driver’s License.
