The Role – Reservations Consultants – Hawaiian Airlines (Suva)

We have an exciting and fast paced opportunity for Global Reservations Agents who support the sales experience by providing expertise to enhance our guests’ journeys through a range of products, services and destinations. As our first point of contact ambassadors, Reservation Agents enable guests to personalize and customize their unique journeys by deepening connections with existing clients and partners as well as by building relationships with new ones. In addition to generating sales, responsibilities include creating flight, accommodation and reservations details via phone and email with high accuracy. Super communication and interpersonal skills ensure solutions are found in the event of changes in circumstance or requirements. A team role, Agents support and interact with their colleagues from around the globe.

Key Responsibilities

• Previous experience in Customer Service environment providing exceptional experiences to the customers
• Strong customer service focus and a genuine interest in helping people, for this role, you must be proficient in reading and writing in English.
• Ability to deal with sensitive/emotive situations while identifying and fulfilling the customers’ needs.
• You will enjoy working through problems and providing solutions in a complex environment.
• A desire for ongoing learning and self-education.
• You will be a strong team player, with the ability to work autonomously.
• Exceptional PC skills and experience with complete systems.
• High attention to detail coupled with demonstrated problem solving and investigation skills
• Clear written communication skills in English are essential
• Exposure or similar experience will be an added advantage

• Previous experience includes a role in travel/ sales /customer service.
