The Role – Graduate Developer (Suva)

We are looking for a recent graduate with a passion for technology to join our development team. Key Responsibilities

• Learn and assist with developing user interfaces for web applications
• Help design and test websites while gaining hands-on experience
• Support the maintenance and updating of company websites and applications
• Assist with configuration of hosting environments
• Help create documentation and user guides
• Participate in website testing and identifying technical issues
• Support the team with changes to company intranet sites and learning management systems
• Gain experience in database management and backup procedures
• Learn about security practices and their application to web development

Knowledge & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with at least one programming language
• Understanding of web development principles
• Eagerness to learn about frameworks such as WordPress, React.js, or Vue.js
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn new technologies and programming languages
• Basic understanding of security principles
