Working Better Together we deliver an integrated suite of civil construction & building services across Fiji as one team. Through our Customer Leading value, we pride ourselves on providing a high level of technical expertise, project management capability and quality assurance on all projects.

Fletcher Higgins operates across the Western and Central Divisions of Fiji, delivering maintenance, road, bridge and building construction projects.

In 2024, Fijian Holdings Limited (FHL) and Fiji National Provident Fund (FNPF) acquired 50% ownership of the Fletcher Higgins Fijian business. We are excited about the future for our Fijian business with this new, closer relationship with our long-term partners.

About the Opportunities
We are seeking skilled Carpenters, Block Layers, and Steel & Concrete Workers to join our Westin Resort team for immediate start. If you have a strong background in commercial building and are ready to contribute to high-quality projects, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial building
• Trade qualification (desirable)
• Reliable with a strong track record of attendance and commitment
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• Two recent work references (essential)
