MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR – The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting with the operation, maintenance, service and repair of equipment as assigned to maintain the physical structure and grounds of the hotel property.A clear understanding of general building, plumbing, painting, maintaining pools, and electrical work. Use and store equipment in a tidy and safe manner. Be accountable for all maintenance work. Must be responsible for participating in the preventative maintenance program, and handling guest requests and other work orders as assigned. Must be responsible for performing safely and efficiently and performing trade jobs as assigned. The Maintenance Technician is expected to actively develop excellent service skills in dealing with clients, guests and co-workers.
