We are seeking a motivated and friendly people that truly have the ability to sell, and want to be
a true Sales person.

Retail Sales Person to join our boutique team at the stunning Plantation Island Resort. This is
your chance to work in a relaxed, island environment, save money, because you live rent free
plus receive two free meals per day, while being part of the prestigious Beach Shack business,
providing exceptional customer service to our guests from around the world.

The TRACEY ANN FARRINGTON fashion boutique are consistently increasing with new
location opening. Our latest boutique is located at Port Denarau Shopping centre.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service and friendly conversation with guests of all ages,
from toddlers to grandparents.
The successful applicant will have the ability to work and live with your team,
Have a ability to learn the stock inventory data plus understand the target customer per
product, which is imperative to enhancing the customers shopping experience.
Maintaining a well-organized, well merchandise and attractive boutique environment.
Stay knowledgeable about our products and learn to identify upselling opportunities.
Handle transactions and manage customer inquiries efficiently.
Have experience in POS and managing the end of day sales.

Requirements:

Friendly and outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to manage your working hours effectively.
Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage, but not essential.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
