Position Overview:
Fa & Company is seeking a detailed-oriented and diligent individual to fill the position of Accounts Clerk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of the following:
- Accounts Receivables including, client invoice processing, and reconciliations using Xero;
- Accounts Payables, including invoice and payment processing to suppliers, and reconciliations using Xero;
- Data entry for client and office journals and ledgers;
- Statutory lodgements including VAT, PAYE and FNPF contributions;
- Payroll using Xero; and
- Office budgets outlining expected revenues and expenses for management.

Join NowQualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is essential.
- Previous experience in accounting or finance roles is preferable.
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint is preferable) is essential.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively is essential.
