Qualifications:

• High school certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Management, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail operations.
• Understanding of supply chain operations and warehouse management principles.
• Familiarity with retail environments and inventory control systems is an advantage.

Desirable Skills:

• Supervisory experience is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with forklift operations is beneficial.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee efficient warehouse operations, ensuring proper inventory management, staff training, and compliance with safety regulations. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and team management to ensure accurate product distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Supervise and train warehouse staff (Warehouse Receivers, Pickers, Packers, Forklift operators).
✅ Promote teamwork and positive work culture.
✅ Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
✅ Control inventory using cycle counts, physical counts, and reporting discrepancies.
✅ Maintain warehouse organization for easy accessibility and workflow efficiency.
✅ Organize inventory systematically for efficient stock rotation (FEFO principles).

Additional Responsibilities:

• Label products with SKU, descriptions, batch numbers, and expiry dates for easy stock identification.
• Track inventory turnover rates to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs.
• Report damaged or defective goods and coordinate with the manager for resolution.
• Ensure accurate picking and packing of products.
• Work with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse following health and safety standards.
• Conduct regular safety checks and ensure all team members follow proper protocols.
• Ensure proper documentation for accurate record-keeping and future reference.
• Submit regular warehouse reports on inventory status and performance.
• Identify areas for operational improvement to boost productivity.
• Utilize problem-solving skills and data-based decision-making in a team-focused environment.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, Navision, Sage, etc.).
