Supplier Acquisition & Sales Executive

Minimum of 2 years in procurement, sales, or a customer-facing role.

 

Strong background in supplier relationship management and luxury product sales. Proven ability to organise high-profile events and private product viewings.

 

Job Summary:

 

The Procurement & Sales Officer will play a key role in managing relationships with exclusive local suppliers and high-net-worth clientele to introduce and sell our international product range, including luxury furniture and high-tech items. This role involves curating private product showings, organising special viewing events, and ensuring premium products are strategically presented before being listed on our app. The ideal candidate must have exceptional negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills to build strong relationships, drive sales, and enhance brand exclusivity.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Procurement & Supplier Relations

 

Establish and maintain strong relationships with high-end local suppliers and influential buyers. Coordinate with international suppliers to ensure timely availability of luxury products. Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure the best deals while maintaining exclusivity. Ensure all procured items align with brand positioning and market expectations.

 

  1. Product Showcasing & Sales Engagement

 

  • Arrange exclusive previews for select clientele before product launches. Coordinate showroom displays, ensuring products are presented to maximise appeal. Develop strategies to influence purchasing decisions through persuasive communication. Provide product demonstrations and in-depth explanations to potential buyers.

 

  1. Event Planning & Special Product Viewings

 

  • Organise private launch events, VIP product previews, and invitation-only showcases. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote high-profile product viewing events. Ensure seamless execution of events, including guest management and presentation flow. 4. Market Analysis & Customer Insights

 

Conduct market research to identify trends in luxury furniture and high-tech goods. Gather feedback from high-profile customers to influence future procurement decisions. Monitor competitor activities and refine sales strategies accordingly.

 

  1. Sales & Revenue Growth

 

Drive sales through personalised recommendations and curated client experiences. Work closely with finance and logistics teams to finalise transactions and deliveries. Track and report on sales performance, customer preferences, and market demand.
