Job Summary:

The Senior IT Specialist will assist the Tech & Infrastructure Manager in managing and optimising the company's IT infrastructure, system security, and technology solutions. This role ensures efficient operations, seamless system integration, and continuous innovation to support business growth and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

1) IT Infrastructure & Security

.

Assist the Tech & Infrastructure Manager in managing and maintaining IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Support the implementation of security measures to protect data, systems, and networks.

⚫ Help configure, optimise, and troubleshoot key operational software, including logistics and inventory systems.

2) Technology Innovation & Process Improvement

Assist the Tech & Infrastructure Manager in identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency through automation and Al- driven solutions.

• Support the research and implementation of new technology tools to improve business processes.

3) Software Development & System Integration

Assist the Tech & Infrastructure Manager in testing, integrating, and optimising software solutions that support logistics, inventory, and customer applications.

• Ensure smooth interconnectivity between digital systems and business operations.

4) Operational & Technical Support

Assist the Tech & Infrastructure Manager in providing IT support across departments and resolving technical issues. Help maintain and improve IT systems to support business needs and ensure operational continuity.

Support the development of IT strategies and roadmaps to align technology with business objectives.

5) Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with the Tech & Infrastructure Manager and internal teams to understand and address evolving technology needs.
