BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – Future Farms Pte Ltd (Trading as Rooster Poultry)

Future Farms Pte Limited (FFL) trading as Rooster Poultry is a major commercial poultry grower and processor based across 10 sites in Ba, Lautoka and Nadi. The Sales & Marketing office is based in Suva. FFL is jointly owned by BSP Life Fiji Ltd (60%) and Fiji National Provident Fund (40%).

Rooster Poultry has received the prestigious Fiji Business Excellence – President’s Award, three times since 2018. In May 2024, a multi-million dollar state-of-the-art primary processing plant upgrade was inaugurated at our Navau site and we hold the ISO9001 Quality & ISO 22000 Food Safety certifications for over a decade. The company is also a leader in Sustainability initiatives – FFL has invested in one of the largest agricultural solar systems in the Pacific islands, reducing its carbon footprint by more than 5000 tons of C02, which is equivalent to planting 130,000 trees.

We are seeking applications from Candidates for the above roles that will be based in Central, West and North

Key focus areas of the roles will be:

• Sales Representation with new business development a priority.
• Managing relationships at Supermarket Branch level, with Orders oversight and overall

Branch performance responsibility.

• HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) market segment as directed by Sales Manager.
• Managing the Merchandisers within your region.
• Ensure deep understanding of FFL product range and present effectively to market.
• Teamwork and Customer centric mindset demonstrated with all external and internal stakeholders.
• Uphold and demonstrate the Organisation’s values and brand image.

The candidate should possess the following:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
• FMCG Sales experience is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with all Customers and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and desire to continuously improve.
• Demonstrate high standards of conduct and ethics.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with good leadership abilities.
