Our Company is expanding and we are looking for a Chief Of Operations (COO) to take our company to the next level.

APL is an award-winning mid-sized firm based in Suva, Fiji, with a diverse and talented team of architects and designers. Our projects range in size and scope, with expertise in mixed-use multifamily, institutional, hospitality, retail and commercial projects.

What You’ll do;

• Operational Leadership
• Business Strategy and Development
• Finance and Resource Management
• Client and Stakeholder Engagement
• Team Leadership and Culture Development
• Risk and Compliance Management
• Design and Drawing Support

Requirements;

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in related roles
• Master’s Degree in Architecture
• Experience in managing projects overseas and working remotely
• Knowledge of Fiji and overseas building codes and regulations is a plus
• Proven track record of leading operations, project delivery, project management, design management and resource management
• Highly competent with design software and project management tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in investor negotiations, building detailed financial models and understanding various business operation models and structures.
