HR01 – Human Resources Assistant

Job Description

• Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls, providing accurate information or redirecting calls as necessary.
• Maintain a record of all telephone extensions and ensure its updated and sent out on a monthly basis.
• Maintain a neat and orderly front desk area.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers.
• Direct visitors appropriately upon arrival.
• Notify employees of guest arrivals as per appointments.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Assist with booking conference rooms, and coordinating office resources.
• Assist with Recruitment Process of call outs, document management and downloading from recruitment software.
• Ensuring that office supplies are stocked and Monthly orders are placed to stores.
• Ensure Birthday Cards are distributed in a timely manner.
• Assist with other transport facilitation when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or an equivalent with a minimum of one (1) year of experience in Human Resources, Office Administration, or related field.
  • Applicant must have good interpersonal and organizational skills, be proficient in basic Microsoft applications, knowledge of employment laws skills and able to maintain confidentiality in all areas of work.
