Business Analyst – Nadi
The Business Analyst will directly work with distinguished high-valued clients to provide end-to-end managed services and customer support in the Nadi area. The successful candidate should demonstrate confidence, enthusiasm, and a keen attention to detail to carry out the role.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide proactive and premium managed services support to the corporate clients
- Work with various cross functional teams to provide resolutions to business problems and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare, format and clean data from different sources to provide sound analysis in respect to product performance and customer behaviour
- Regularly review product performance in respect to usages and identify improvement opportunities for the best interest of customers
- Visualize data, prepare corporate synopsis reports and produce presentations for key decision makers
- Develop, update and maintain database(s) as required by corporate customers for business performance reviews and security requirements
- Identify business improvement opportunities through important analysis & feedback
- Provide IT helpdesk support on a need basis
- Author and implement various policies, SOP’s, DOP’s
- Develop and undertake training of staff
- Effective presentation skills
- Liaise with key stakeholders to drive various agendas

Join NowRequirements (Education, Experience and Key Competencies)
- Degree in Computing Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, ICT or a similar discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other statistical software
- Be technology and business sawy and have a passion for results
- Experience in working with tools to facilitate data analysis, data mining and visualization
- Strong report writing skills that convey information to key decision makers
- Ability to work autonomously and without supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to be a team player
- Experience in account management, business development or other related fields
- Relationship management skills and ability to facilitate successful outcomes
