  IT inventory record/purchase records.
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
  Resolve problems reported by end user.
• 3-4years relevant experience to similar role.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving

technical issues.

– Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
