Position: Accountant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to manage and oversee the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in finance management, strong leadership capabilities, and a solid foundation in accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and financial regulations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Implement internal controls to safeguard the organization’s assets and ensure financial accuracy.

Required Qualifications and Competencies

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the corporate sector or large organizations.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA or equivalent is mandatory.
• Proven track record in financial leadership and team management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
