Working as part of a vibrant and cohesive team, you will be responsible for:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Provide solutions to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Follow established scripts and protocols
  • Meet performance targets for call volume and quality
  • Contribute to a positive team environment
