About the Role (Expectations):

 

 

  • Reporting to the Director HR, this leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing the organisation’s people and culture strategy. You will lead a broad portfolio spanning HR operations, organisational development, employee engagement, recruitment, payroll and compliance.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, registers, and system data integrity.

  • Prepare and present HR reports and updates to senior management as required.

  • Design creative recruitment campaigns, leveraging internal networks and external platforms.

  • Oversee on boarding and induction processes, including systems access, equipment, uniforms, and checklists.

  • Support off boarding, including exit interviews and knowledge transition.

  • Design & deliver training and succession planning for leaders and employees to ensure success into the future; and

  • Drive initiatives that strengthen culture, such as engagement surveys, social events, and internal communications.

 

 

About You:

 

 

  • Tertiary qualifications in human resources, employment relations, business law, or related business discipline OR equivalent, demonstrated work experience in a HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or standalone HR role;

  • Practical, hands-on attitude and approach – you’re ok with chipping in other areas when team mates need support, because that’s what it takes to work on a collaborative team.

  • Ability to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and ability to build strong working relationships with other departments.

  • High level of organization and attention to detail. Must be proficient in windows and Microsoft office suite.
