About the Role (Expectations):
-
Reporting to the Director HR, this leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing the organisation’s people and culture strategy. You will lead a broad portfolio spanning HR operations, organisational development, employee engagement, recruitment, payroll and compliance.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, registers, and system data integrity.

Prepare and present HR reports and updates to senior management as required.

Design creative recruitment campaigns, leveraging internal networks and external platforms.

Oversee on boarding and induction processes, including systems access, equipment, uniforms, and checklists.

Support off boarding, including exit interviews and knowledge transition.

Design & deliver training and succession planning for leaders and employees to ensure success into the future; and

Drive initiatives that strengthen culture, such as engagement surveys, social events, and internal communications.
About You:
-
Tertiary qualifications in human resources, employment relations, business law, or related business discipline OR equivalent, demonstrated work experience in a HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or standalone HR role;

Practical, hands-on attitude and approach – you’re ok with chipping in other areas when team mates need support, because that’s what it takes to work on a collaborative team.

Ability to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments.

Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and ability to build strong working relationships with other departments.

High level of organization and attention to detail. Must be proficient in windows and Microsoft office suite.
