BRANCH MANAGER – R.C. Manubhai

R.C. Manubhai & Co. Pte Ltd is a fast-expanding company in the Hardware and Building Materials sector strategically focused on the Retail, Corporate Project, and Export Business Network.We are looking for an experienced & result oriented personnel for the position of Branch Manager to be based in the Newly Opening RCM Sigatoka Branch. If you are confident, enthusiastic and would like to work in a Modern Retail Outlet, we would like to hear from you.

Your responsibilities will consist of:

• Driving the retail and trade business, sales and profit margins contributing to the overall running and success of the business

• Meeting and exceeding all sales targets and KPIs of the business

• Oversee the complete operations of the inventory management, merchandising, stock ordering, and store presentation

• Motivate, drive and up skill your team to build capacity and deliver fantastic results

• Branch people and performance management

Your Skills and Experience:

• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets and budgets

• Drive to deliver the highest level of customer service

• Sound sales and operational management experience

• Previous experience in managing a retail business

• A Group 2 driving license (preferred but not mandatory)

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Is willing to work flexible hours and can work on weekends as well if required
