Join our dynamic commercial team supporting the continued growth of three iconic hotels across Fiji. This role focuses on driving corporate, MICE, and group business, with an emphasis on identifying new revenue streams, strengthening local partnerships, and delivering measurable results across all market segments.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
-
5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in hospitality, MICE, or travel industries
-
Proven success in corporate sales, meetings & events, or group travel
-
Strong network within Fiji’s government, corporate, and NGO sectors
-
Ability to analyze P&L reports, forecast revenue, and close high-value deals

Good understanding of Digital Marketing

Tech-savvy with CRM (Salesforce, ANAIS), Opera, CVENT & MS Office skills
-
Hotel Sales Experience is mandatory

Degree in Business, Tourism, or Marketing (preferred but not essential)
