SENIOR TECHNICIAN – Vinod Patel Works Pte Limited

VACANCY 

Vinod Patel Works Pte Limited is a fully owned Subsidiary of Vinod Patel & Co. Pte Limited and specializes in joinery, Granite, Lift & Escalator Installation and Maintenance services including Refurbishment & Fit-Out Work. We are looking for Honest, Resilient, Strong Attention to Detail, Safety – Oriented, Team Player to join us at VP Works Office, Kura Place, Laucala Beach Estate.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of assigned lifts and escalators according to manufacturers’ specifications and safety regulations.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identify problems, and implement effective solutions.

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure proper equipment function and identify potential issues.

• Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers, address their concerns, and provide technical support.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any other related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in lift and escalator field operations.

• Strong understanding of Mechanical and Electrical principles.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and solving technical problems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to lifts and escalators.
