We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and passionate individual to join our team as:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

This role will be based at our main office/warehouse in Ba town and will report directly to the Directors.

Key Outcomes of the Position

* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by conducting market research, analyzing industry trends and prospecting for potential clients for both retail and wholesale sector.
* Develop and implement business development strategies through planning growth targets, often by collaborating with other teams.
* Track, analyze and report the performance against set goals to the management with suitable corrective measures.
* Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, resources and trainings to effectively improve product sales.
* Oversee the product planning, stocking, launches and effective showcasing.

Qualifications and Attributes:

* Must have relevant full-time experience of minimum 3 years with the position directly related to Product or Business Development working in retail and wholesale sector.
* Must have a minimum qualification of Bachelor’s degree.
* Must have good command over English in writing, reading and speaking.
* Must have Hands on Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft office programs.
* Ability to work jointly with management and team members.
* Good organizational skills and flexible towards working hours.
* Should be ready to travel within country for work purposes.
