CONTENT & CREATIVE LEAD

Tropica Island Resort is a 4-star boutique resort located in the Mamanuca Islands, Fiji. We are passionate about sharing the magic of Tropica and delivering exceptional experiences to our guests. We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as the Content & Creative Lead.

In this role, you will be responsible for capturing the essence of Tropica through compelling content and creative storytelling. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence and supporting our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on photography and videography across the resort
• Direction of marketing and creative assets
• Creation of engaging content for social media, website, and other platforms
• Management of social media accounts and content calendar
• Development and execution of marketing campaigns
• Collaboration with the Director and other departments to align content with brand strategy
• Management of digital assets and marketing materials
• Coordination with trade partners and media for content distribution

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong photography and videography skills
• Proficiency in editing software and digital asset management
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Passion for travel and storytelling
