The Fiji Rugby Union (FRU), based in the nation’s capital, Suva, administers the sport of Rugby Union across the country’s 14 provinces. FRU is committed to building strong pathways from grassroots to elite levels, and to developing the capabilities of players and officials both locally and internationally.

An exciting opportunity exists within the Fiji Rugby Union, and we are seeking a strategic leader and a dedicated professional to join its team in the following roles:

1. Risk & Compliance Officer (RCO)

This role supports FRU’s risk management and compliance functions, ensuring alignment with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and monitor an organisation-wide risk management framework.
• Conduct compliance and testing across the organisation.
• Provide risk and compliance report to the CEO and Board.
• Conduct special reviews as required by the CEO and Board.
• Assist in reviewing and updating the organisation policy framework.

Qualification and Experience:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong communication, integrity, and teamwork skills.
