The Fiji Sun has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and energetic person to join their team as Human Resources Assistant. We are looking for people who could contribute to the accomplishment of Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, productivity and standards for the development of a superior workforce.

Qualifications and Experience

A highly motivated and analytical young HR professional, you should be have experience in HR Management. A self-starter who is highly organized and possesses confidence in communicating effectively at all levels. Should be computer literate and have knowledge of computerized HR software’s.

2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity would be a definite advantage.
