Digital Marketing Co-ordinator

Core responsibilities of the job will be to:

• Execute results-driven digital strategies across social media and websites.
• Develop, curate, and publish engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and company websites.
• Manage, update, and maintain websites to ensure accurate, fresh, and user-friendly content, while also optimizing for SEO and mobile responsiveness.
• Plan and execute digital promotions, campaigns, and competitions around our products, coordinating with teams across Fiji and the South Pacific.
• Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content to support both social and web initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a digital content calendar.
• Monitor and analyze performance across platforms, providing insights to improve engagement and reach.
• Respond to user inquiries, messages, and comments in a timely and professional manner.

To be successful in this position, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field.
• 4+ years experience in digital marketing, social media management, or website content development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking ability with a detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency with CMS platforms, web analytics, and SEO best practices.
• Skilled in digital media formats, video and photo editing, with knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, etc.) or equivalent tools.
