We are seeking highly energetic, self motivated, efficient, innovative & dynamic individual to join our team for the following position:

Assistant Restaurant Manager

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both management responsibilities and the art of cafe service.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.

• Lead and motivate front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service.

• Assist in staff training, scheduling and performance management.

• Oversee coffee and beverage preparation, ensuring consistency and quality.

• Train and support baristas in coffee brewing, latte art and customer service.

• Monitor cafe service standards, maintaining speed, accuracy and presentation.

• Ensure Compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Manage inventory, ordering and cost control.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management is preferred.

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.

• Customer focused with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
