Meenoo’s is one of Fiji’s leading retailers, with 11 stores throughout the country. We invite applications for the following positions:

BRANCH MANAGER (NADI, LAUTOKA, SIGATOKA & LABASA)

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• To manage day to day operations of the branch, according to the company guidelines.

• Lead a team of sales staff toward achieving targets and goals.

• Implement best customer relationship management practices and to maintain inventory control.

• To report on various aspects of business such as inventory and staff performance, consumer behavior and competitor activities.

• Directly reporting to Higher Management/Directors.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience in retail sales and management.

• Must be able to competently communicate both orally and in written, and also possess good analytical skills.

• Must be a honest and reliable person
